I provide a safe place for you to explore and experience yourself. I have huge confidence in the body, brain/soul to heal. As we work together, I provide a safe environment for you to welcome more of your self. My approach is grounded in the relationship we develop in the room. I am deeply and inspirationally curious about you and the creative ways you have crafted your life to this point. Congratulate yourself. I will. I reverentially hold that as foundational to whatever we do. You bring in a host of strengths, a wonderful set of choices you have made to get to our first meeting.

And even in the face of that, something is not going right. Otherwise, you would not be in therapy. So we begin our work. I am anxious to be with you as you discover how to move forward.

Education/Background:

I am prepared to sit with you. I have a Master of Art in Counseling Psychology, a Master of Divinity, training in spirituality, am a board certified leadership coach and have coached adults for up to 5 years. I worked 4 years in Clinical Psychiatric settings and have advanced training in family therapy. I have led teams in tech for over 3 decades and traveled 1.5 million miles in 48 of the 50 states, Asia (Korea, Singapore, Japan, China and Bangladesh, Europe, and Latin America.

I am a professional photographer and photojournalist. I have completed about 80 photo assignments in the East Bay and about 250 sporting events for local teams, high schools, professional dancers and USA Olympics.
